The role involves optimizing for KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPA), conducting account reviews, managing budgets, analyzing campaign data, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must have 3+ years of digital/performance marketing experience and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Agency experience and up-to-date industry knowledge are essential.
