We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with deep functional and technical expertise across various Oracle EPM domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering end-to-end EPM solutions, including planning, consolidation, reporting, and reconciliation, with in-depth understanding of the Oracle EPM Cloud architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise across EPM modules such as:
- Financial Planning & Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS)
- Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS)
- Financial Reporting
- Profitability & Cost Management (PCM)
- Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
- Essbase
- Define business and system requirements, and translate them into high-quality EPM solutions.
- Design and implement scalable and high-performing EPM architectures.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide training and support.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Stay current on Oracle EPM updates and new features, and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM implementation and support (10+ preferred).
- Strong functional knowledge of planning, budgeting, consolidation, and financial reporting processes.
- Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and suite components.
- Deep knowledge of Essbase and multi-dimensional data modeling.
- Experience with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., Data Management, EPM Automate, FDMEE).
- Ability to design, develop, and optimize complex EPM applications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle EPM certifications.
- Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
